MOSCOW, August 29 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. The Moscow Commercial Court has scheduled for October 21 the preliminary hearing into a lawsuit filed by Ametech to recover 2.588 billion rubles ($89.5million) from Russian Defense Export (Rosoboronexport), the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The court did not provide any further details.

RAPSI has obtained no further comments thus far.

The lawsuit was filed on May 5. The court shelved the lawsuit because the plaintiff did not attach the necessary documents to the claim.

Russian Defense Export (Rosoboronexport) is a leading arms company. It is the only state intermediary in Russia for the export and import of arms products, technology and military and dual-purpose services. The enterprise supplies armaments and military vehicles produced in Russia.
