MOSCOW, August 30 - RAPSI. The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court has held against the Federal Tax Service in its claim for 114.3 million rubles (approximately $3.97) in income tax and VAT against Loyalty Partners Vostok, the courts spokesperson told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

Loyalty Partners Vostok is an organizer of the Malina bonus program.

The court also invalidated the tax services decision to charge Loyalty Partners Vostok additional income tax amounting to 77.5 million rubles (approximately $2.69 million).

Tax service representatives said that they plan to appeal the decision before the Supreme Commercial Court.
