MOSCOW, September 21 - RAPSI, Anna Demidova. The court held against an appeal filed by an energy sales company against the lower-court's decision to award Rosenergoatom 937.43 million rubles ($32.3 million), the Russian legal Information Agency reported today.

Rosenergoatom incorporates 10 civil nuclear power plants, and seven management offices and supporting companies.

KOSB was founded on October 1, 2005. It is a major energy supplier in the Murmansk region.

The Kola Energy Sales Company (KOSB) appealed the Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals' July 14 decision to uphold an April 22 Moscow commercial court judgment in favor of Rosenergoatom against KOSB.

By July 1, 2011, KOSB owed Rosenergoatom 1 billion rubles, including 988 million rubles in overdue debt. KOSB's debt resulted from its energy customers' failure to pay for energy on time.
