MOSCOW, September 26 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The court completed the bankruptcy proceedings of Siberia's largest car dealer, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency.

The court declared the company bankrupt on March 23.

The bankruptcy application was filed by the Klad company, which earlier won 122 million rubles ($3.8 million) and 144 million rubles ($4.5 million) in its two claims against the car dealer.

The Verra-Motors Siberia's bankruptcy manager said 2.46 billion rubles ($76.6 million) were covered in third-priority creditor claims. Meanwhile the dealer's assets amounted to 773.02 million rubles ($24 million). The manager said he saw no signs of deliberate bankruptcy.

Verra-Motors Siberia is a part of the Verra-Motors Holding, which occupies a 25-percent share of car import sales in Siberia.
