MOSCOW, September 29 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. A commercial court satisfied a lawsuit filed by a construction company to recover $622,320 from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia's oldest university, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the courtroom on Thursday.

According to the Forbes major companies' rating SU-155 was recognized as the biggest construction company in Russia. It comprises 35 construction enterprises operating in 20 Russian cities.

Lomonosov Moscow State University is the oldest and one of the largest universities in Russia. It was established in 1755.

Pursuant to the parties' contract of September 10, 2010, the company was to renovate the university's building in central Moscow. The contract was worth 95 million rubles ($2.93 million).

The university was to pay for the works conducted by the construction company in stages. The university paid for two works' stages, but refused to accept and pay for the third stage of the works in February 2011.

SU-155 earlier told RAPSI that the parties failed to reach an amicable agreement.
