MOSCOW, October 7 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A commercial court will hear on November 3 a $45.54 million lawsuit filed by the Defense Ministry against Kurganmashzavod, a major defense industry enterprise, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The Defense Ministry fled a lawsuit against Kurganmashzavod on September 29. The parties have not given any comments to RAPSI yet.

The Kurgan Region Commercial Court earlier scheduled for October 20 its hearings of Defense Ministry's two other lawsuits worth $67.23 million filed against the enterprise.

The defense ministry filed a lawsuit after the enterprise failed to supply BMP-3 armored personel carries under April 13, 2007 contract.

Both lawsuits were submitted tothe court on September 20.
