MOSCOW, October 13 - RAPSI. A commercial court has registered two lawsuits against the Russian Slavic Bank filed by its major shareholder Nikolay Gusman, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The source has not specified the matter in dispute. Both lawsuits were filed on October 7 and the hearing dates have yet to be scheduled.

As one of the bank's founders, Gusman holds a 47.17-percent stake. For years he was the bank's head, but lost his office in mid-2010. That shareholders' decision served as the basis of the first lawsuit.

The Russian Slavic Bank is the operator of the Contact money transfer system. According to Contact, it has served over 10 million clients in more than 80,000 offices across the world. The system covers 550 Russian banks, as well as 270 foreign banks and companies in 100 countries.
