MOSCOW, October 19 - RAPSI, Natalya Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed the bankruptcy hearing of the Mosstroyresurs state enterprise until December 5 following a petition from RosDorBank, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

The hearing was postponed because the court satisfied the debtor's request and involved Mosstroyresurs' owner - the Moscow City Property Department.
At the previous hearing, the bank representative said an amicable settlement was possible.

According to earlier reports, after the bankruptcy lawsuit was filed with the court, a number of lawsuits to recover funds were filed with the Moscow Commercial Court.
The Moscow Commercial Court has scheduled for November 2 the primary hearings following TransCreditBank's claim against Mosstroyresurs. TransCreditBank is seeking to recover its loan of 1.02 billion rubles ($33 million).

Mosstroyresurs was founded in 1996 by a decree of Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov. Mosstroyresurs supplied construction materials for the Moscow construction sector.
