MOSCOW, October 20 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shcitov. Lefko-Bank's bankruptcy administrator has fully won 155 lawsuits for a total amount of $131.5 million, the administrator reported on Thursday.

According to the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA), the court-appointed administrator, has initiated 148 court enforcement actions (of which 18 statements of unrecoverable receivables totaling 1.31 billion rubles ($42.4 million).

DIA filed 20 lawsuits for the invalidation of transactions entered into by the bank before its license was revoked. The court has declared 17 transactions invalid and held against three such lawsuits.

DIA has also checked the circumstances surrounding the bankruptcy and discovered no signs of fraud.

Before the Central Bank revoked the Lefko-Bank's license on November 14, 2008, due to its failure to observe banking laws it was one of Russia's top 200 banks.

Established in 1991 Lefko-Bank was recognized as bankrupt by the Moscow Commercial Court on January 13, 2009.
