MOSCOW, October 27 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A court will hear on November 28 an application filed by the Financial Leasing Company for the bankruptcy of Moskovia Airlines, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

According to the case documents, the airline owes the claimant 47.3 million rubles ($1.5 million).

The Moscow Commercial Court earlier terminated Moskovia Airlines' bankruptcy case on August 12 after the airline retracted the application for its own bankruptcy.

Established in 1995, Moskovia Airlines is based at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport. It provided regular and charter passenger and cargo flights throughout Russia, as well as to other countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
