MOSCOW, October 31 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A commercial court registered a lawsuit filed by the Kurganmashzavod military industrial complex to recover $55.45 million from Rosoboronexport, the court told the Russian Legal Information (RAPSI) on Monday.

Rosoboronexport is a leading company on the international arms market. It is Russia's sole intermediary exporting and importing products and technology and rendering military and double purpose services.

The court did not specify the gist of the dispute. The suit was submitted on October 27 and its hearing date has not yet been scheduled.
Kurganamashzavod is currently involved in several litigations with the Defense Ministry.

The Kurgan Regional Commercial Court will hold on November 21 the preliminary hearings on two lawsuits filed by the Defense Ministry to recover a total of $73.09 million from Kurganmashzavod.

The court earlier told RAPSI that the $69.85 million lawsuit is connected with the April 13, 2007 contract on armored personnel carrier supplies.

The court will hear on November 3 another preliminary hearing on the Defense Ministry's lawsuit to recover $49.51 million from Kurganmashzavod.

The suit was submitted to the court on September 29.
