MOSCOW, November 14 - RAPSI. A regional commercial court did not register an application for the bankruptcy of Tupolev Service Aviation Refueling Facilities, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Monday.

The court has refuted the information that it received an appeal for the company's bankruptcy on November 8.

Tupolev Fuelling Service filed on November 8 for the bankruptcy of Kulon-2, but not for its own bankruptcy, the court reported.

The service was established in 1999. It fuels aircraft at the Ramenskoye Airport.
