MOSCOW, November 23 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A commercial court has declared Irkol Depositary bankrupt as a liquidated debtor, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the court on Wednesday.

Irkol Depositary used to be Russia's top-5 specialized depositary.

The bankruptcy application was filed by the depositary and it was put into bankruptcy administration for six months.

The depositary told in court that in February 2011 it resolved to wind up, but had no money to pay the debts. Therefore, Irkol filed for its own bankruptcy.

According to the case records the company's operations stopped since its license was revoked.

The company's accounts payable exceed 14 million rubles ($450,240).
