MOSCOW, November 29 - RAPSI, Natalya Belova. A commercial court postponed until January 23 its hearing of the Beryozka Cluster Home Community's lawsuit against the Moscow government for $214 million, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the courtroom on Tuesday.

The action stems from a contract for multi-purpose complex construction dated December 29, 2005.

Beryozka seeks $191 million in lost profit. It also wants to collect over $9.6 million in actual damages and to return another $9.66 million, that it invested under the contract, plus interest. Furthermore, Beryozka requests to terminate the contract.

The plaintiff adjusted its claim on several occasions. Initially Beryozka sought $149.1 million.

The case was postponed upon the court's initiative.
