MOSCOW, December 23 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A court will hear on February 9 a lawsuit filed by the Radio Technical and Information Systems (RTI-Systems) against antimonopoly watchdog to exclude the company from the questionable (mala fide) supplier list, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

RTI-Systems also seeks to cancel watchdog's decision placing it on the list. The Moscow Commercial Court earlier involved the Service for State Registration, Cadastral Records and Cartography to act as the third party in the case.

The antimonopoly service earlier reported on its web site that it placed RTI-Systems on the questionable (mala fide) supplier list at the cadastral service's request after RTI-Systems evaded signing a contract for R&D works although it won the bid.

The claimant declined any comments on the matter.

Founded in 2000, RTI-Systems is engaged in radio communications, aerospace control systems and power engineering business.
