MOSCOW, December 30 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A court set January 20, 2012 as the date for the preliminary hearing into the lawsuit by Yelena Baturina, Russia's richest woman, against high-ranking Moscow officials Yuri Khardikov, Zinaida Sadovnikova and the Olymp-2014 company to invalidate a transaction, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Friday.

Baturina is disputing the transaction through which she purchased in April 2007 a 90-percent stake in Olymp-2014 from Sadovnikova. Baturina is demanding the recovery of 834.374 million rubles ($25.6 million) from Sadovnikova.

During the September 14 preliminary hearing the Moscow Commercial Court ruled that the case should be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Krasnodar Territory Court, thereby granting the plaintiff's appeal, since Olymp-2014 is registered in Sochi.
