MOSCOW, January 18 - RAPSI. CSKA FC General Director Roman Babayev, who lost the dispute against Spartak forward Welliton, will have to pay one ruble (3 cents), the court's website reads.

On Tuesday a Moscow district court fully upheld Welliton's claims for moral damages.

The CSKA general director was outraged by Welliton's behavior o during the August 28 match. Babyev thought that Welliton intentionally injured CSKA goalie Igor Akinfeyev.

Babayev told Welliton that he should be cautious while walking in the streets because CSKA fans may revenge on him. Spartak head coach Valery Karpin considered

Babayev's statement "a call for violence" and said that Spartak will refer to the prosecutor's office.

The lawsuit was registered on October 17 and the hearing had been put off twice. The final decision was made solely by the judge on January 13. The amount of Welliton's moral damages was one ruble. In addition Babayev will have to pay 400,000 ruble ($12,670) duty.
