MOSCOW, January 19 - RAPSI. The Moscow City Court's Judge Qualification Board has disciplined a district court judge on Thursday for imposing an unreasonable prohibition on the sale of a manufacturer's shares, the Moscow Commercial Court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

"The board has disciplined Judge Yulia Sadovova," the court said, noting that the disciplinary punishment was imposed upon Moscow City Court Chairwoman Olga Yegorova's request. Sadovova made the unlawful decision to seize shares owned by Pavlovskgranit head Sergey Poymanov as an interim relief in a case.

Sadovova admitted that her decision was wrong and premature and agreed with Yegorova's statements.

The incident was initiated by Poymanov, who filed a motion against the interim relief on December 1.

Pavlovskgranit is the largest fieldstone manufacturer in Russia.
