MOSCOW, February 14 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A court has suspended until March 12 a 4.412 million euro lawsuit filed by businessmen Arkady Rotenberg and Sergei Pan against German-based Deutsche Werkstatten Hellerau construction company.

The plaintiffs also seek to terminate a framework contract and obligate the defendant to deliver the works to the plaintiffs.

A source close to the situation told RAPSI that the contract related to the repair and interior finishing of a cottage in an elite village outside Moscow.

The suit was filed on February 7. The proceedings will start as soon as the parties submit all the required documents.

The defendants in the case are Deutsche Werkstatten Hellerau GmbH, Deutsche Werkstatten D&B GmbH and Deutsche Werkstatten RUS.

Arkady Rotenberg and his brother Boris own over a 70-percent stake in Russian SMP Bank. Arkady also controls Stroygazmontazh, a major Gazprom's contractor, and a number of other assets.
