MOSCOW, February 15 - RAPSI. The Supreme Commercial Court Chairman Anton Ivanov has signed an order to commercial courts on setting up panels for resolving disputes over financial instruments.
The order obligates all commercial court chairpersons to set up panels for considering disputes regarding financial tools, including derivatives, in particular, those involving securities market professionals, organized financial market trading and disputes over bonds.

At the same time Ivanov ordered including such disputes in the court panels' specialization. The orders have been issued pursuant to the presidential instruction.
As a follow-up to the October 28 meeting of the International Advisory Council on establishing an international financial center in Russia Dmitry Medvedev ordered the government, the Central Bank and the Supreme Commercial Court to take some measures regarding the securities market and the Russian stock market infrastructure.
The Supreme Commercial Court was ordered to set up specialized panels for disputes over financial instruments, including derivatives by March 1.
