MOSCOW, February 22 - RAPSI. A Moscow magistrates' court fined on Wednesday Anastasia Udaltsova, an opposition leader's wife, for starting the February 4 rally ahead of the scheduled time.

The court has found the rally organizers guilty of breaching the established rally procedure.

Moscow had two rallies on February 4. The opposition organized a procession in central Moscow, entitled "For Fair Elections". Over 160,000 people took part in demonstrations.

Opposition activists are calling for the results of the State Duma elections of December 4, won by United Russia, to be overturned. The party preserved its parliamentary majority, although it received fewer votes and lost some seats.
