TULA, March 20 - RAPSI. A commercial court fined the Tula Cartridge Works $1,300 for unlicensed unloading over 40 railway tanks of explosives.

The violation was uncovered by an inspection carried out by the transport prosecutors office.

43 railway tanks filled with ВМ 450, 0012 ООН, 1,4S, a/k 110 explosives were unloaded at a Moscow railway station in 2011, the court documents read.

However, the prosecutor's office found that the cartridge works was not licensed to unload hazardous goods.

According to the court documents, The cartridge works is licensed to operate explosion-hazardous production facilities. However, the effective legislation obliges companies to obtain separate licenses for each activity involving explosives, including for unloading operations.
