MOSCOW, March 21 - RAPSI. Investigators have brought charges against two individuals suspected of masterminding a terrorist attack and being involved in a terrorist organization, the Kommersant daily reports.

The criminal case was opened for crimes punishable by 8 to 15 years and 7 to 12 years in jail.

Kazakhstan national Ilyia Pyanzin and Chechen Adam Osmayev will stand trial in Ukraine.

Investigators have evidence that the suspects prepared assassination of Russia's top officials, including Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

According to the newspaper the suspects have already testified to their involvement in the crime and their testimony have been supported by the expert appraisals conducted in the case.
