MOSCOW, March 22 - RAPSI. The Moscow Ostankinsky District Court suspended until April 3 its hearing of another complaint filed by relatives of deceased Hermitage Capital Management Fund lawyer Sergei Magnitsky, against the resumption of a criminal case against him.

Magnitsky was charged with a large-scale corporate tax evasion. He died in a Moscow pretrial detention center on November 16, 2009, after spending nearly a year behind bars.

The court postponed the case to grant Magnitsky mother's lawyer time to study additional documents submitted to the court. The court also decided to involve Magnitsky's widow as a third party to the case.

The posthumous investigation of Magnitsky's case was resumed under the Deputy Prosecutor Generals July 30, 2011 order.
