MOSCOW, April 13 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has dropped its bankruptcy proceedings initiated against the Ingosstrakh insurance company by an individual, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.ru) on Friday.

During the session, the insurer's lawyer produced an evidence of the $50,000 debt repayment to the plaintiff. Since the claim has been satisfied, the court dropped the case.

Established in 1947, Ingosstrakh is Russia's leading insurance company. It operates in 231 locations in Russia and runs offices and subsidiaries abroad.
