MOSCOW, May 10 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court halted the proceedings in the Utrishsky Dolphinarium bankruptcy case.

Yulia Frolova is the applicant in the case. Her representative told the court that her claims are based on the decision of the Krasnodarsk Territory Anapa Commercial Court, which recovered from the dolphinarium 6.852 million rubles ($225,800) in her favor under a property trust management contract. The Krasnoyarsk Territory Court later left the decision in force.

The Supreme Court dismissed the decisions in February and submitted the case for review in February. The Moscow Commercial Court then resumed the dolphinarium's bankruptcy case.

The dolphinarium's lawyers reported that the trust management contract was disputed and the Moscow Commercial Court found it null and void in April 2011, as it was signed by an unauthorized party on the debtors behalf. The court also found the transaction to be a sham.

The Utrishsky Dolphinarium company maintains dolphinariums in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Kislovodsk. The media focused their attention on the company in spring 2009 after its head Lev Mukhametov said raiders had seized the company.

Meanwhile, opponents said the company's management was substituted on a legal basis.

After a series of disputes which the new management lost, Mukhametov managed to retain control over the company and the Moscow dolphinarium in May 2010.

The Utrishsky Dolphinarium's website now reads that the dolphinarium has been closed.
