MOSCOW, June 5 - RAPSI. Former top managers of the Northern Fleet capital construction department are suspected of causes millions in damages to the state, the Prosecutor General's Office reported on Tuesday.

In 2008, the organization's former top manager and the head of the capital construction department fixed a public tender for the construction of two apartment buildings in exchange for a $90,000 kickback, the report reads.

The following year, the suspected officers produced forged documents on the purchase of construction equipment and stole another $175,000 in budget funds. They also inflicted over $250,000 in damages to the state by illegally writing off the debt to the construction company.
