MOSCOW, June 6 - RAPSI. A commercial court of appeals has held in favor of the trial court decision invalidating the antitrust watchdog's resolution which declared Megafon mobile services provider in breach of competition law for unilaterally raising the call termination price for the Moscow City Telephone Network, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

The appellate court has also turned down the appeals filed by the watchdog and the Moscow City Telephone Network.

The antimonopoly service claimed that Megafon dictated unfavorable cooperation terms to the network when it unilaterally increased its tariffs for area call termination services in Moscow.

A commercial court previously sided with Megafon and quashed the service's resolution and order.
