ST. PETERSBURG, June 22 - RAPSI. The St. Petersburg Commercial Court will begin considering on July 30 Heineken Joint Breweries' lawsuit to invalidate the antimonopoly service's decision to find the Three Bears (Tri Medvedya) beer advertising inappropriate. The advertising includes football player Andrei Arshavin's image.

Heineken has submitted to the commercial court an application on disputing the St. Petersburg Antimonopoly Service's decision and order dated May 18.

According to the service's website, the company violated advertising law when it placed in St. Petersburg metro the advertising of its beer. It had a cartoon depicting Arshavin and a motto "Possible to play with Arshavin?"

The service found the ad inappropriate, since it contained images of people and animals.

Heineken has been operating since 1863. The company operates in Russia as Heineken Joint Breweries since February 2002.
