MOSCOW, July 9 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has refused the prosecutor's office's request to bring Aeroflot to administrative liability for delaying five flights, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Monday.

According to the plaintiff, the delays were revealed during an inspection in February-March.The inspection also uncovered that pursuant to the defendant's order of August 3, 2011, a standard was set for reserving aircraft for regular, charter and other flights for the period from February 1 to March 24. However, all of the reserve aircraft were in use when the flights were delayed due to technical reasons.

The court's decision states that the delays sought to ensure flight safety, which is not a violation of legislative requirements or transportation contracts concluded with passengers.
