MOSCOW, July 16 - RAPSI. On August 20, the Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals will hear the Kolpino Logistics Park's lawsuit against the awarding of $56.8 million and 75.9 million euros to Moscow's AMT Bank, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency.

The Moscow Commercial Court ordered the park to pay 75.9 million euros in May.

In June, in separate lawsuit against the park, the court collected 1.854 billion rubles ($56.8 million) for a loan issued in December 2008.

The Kolpino Logistics Park near St. Petersburg was established by Eurasia Logistics. The park is roughly 580,000 square meters in size.

Eurasia Logistics is a major industrial and warehouse developer owned by Kazakh businessman Mukhtar Ablyazov. It is part of the Eurasia Investment and Industrial Group. It has been running the A-class Kolpino project since 2005.

AMT Bank (previously known as BTA Bank) is a multipurpose financial institution with nine branches and 26 offices. According to the RIA Analytics Economic Research Center, AMT ranked seventy-first in terms of assets as of April 1, 2011.

The Moscow Commercial Court upheld the Central Bank's petition for AMT Bank's bankruptcy in October 2011. The Deposit Insurance Agency was appointed its receiver.

The Central Bank revoked AMT's license in July for forging account data. The banks deposit portfolio was 15 billion rubles ($ 460.7 million). According to the agency, it will pay a record 13 billion rubles ($399.2 million) to AMT depositors.

According to the bank's website, Ablyazov directly holds a 19.7 percent stake in AMT. He has been living in the UK since 2009.

The police have started criminal case proceedings on suspicion of fraud and divestment via shell companies.
