MOSCOW, July 16 - RAPSI. The Acron mineral fertilizer manufacturer and Fosagro's subsidiary Apatit are holding negotiations to find an out-of-court settlement in their raw materials supply dispute, their representatives said during a hearing in the Moscow Commercial Court on Monday.

In its lawsuit, Acron seeks to recognize that an apatite concentrate supply contract that was signed on December 28, 2006 was concluded with the sales price of 3,671 rubles ($112.32) per ton of concentrate as of 2012.

The lawyers said the negotiations will soon be held and asked the court to adjourn the preliminary hearings in the case. The judge decided that the hearing should be postponed until July 20.

Under Acron's application, the Moscow Commercial Court prohibited Apatit from reducing the volume of its apatite concentrate supplies to Acron before the dispute is heard on its merits.

Apatit already filed an appeal on this provisional remedy. Simultaneously, the company said it is executing the court ruling and supplying the concentrate in the agreed upon volumes.

As of late 2011, a 52 percent stake in Acron was controlled by Cyprus-based offshore companies . A 19.78 percent stake in the company belongs to the Russian Acronagroservice.

Apatit is Russia's largest apatite concentrate manufacturer.

Its owners include Lacerta Holdings with a 6.9 percent stake in its ordinary shares and the Federal Agency for State Property Management with a 20 percent stake in its charter capital.
