MOSCOW, September 6 - RAPSI. The Moscow Kuntsevsky District Court will consider civil claims against the convicted members of the Pussy Riot punk band, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

Three claims have been filed by Novosibirsk residents Ivan Krasnitsky and Irina Ruzankina, as well as Berdsk resident Yuri Zadoy. The court chose not to adjoin the claims. The court will consider the lawsuits by Krasnitsky and Zadoy on September 20, and Ruzankina's lawsuit on September 7. The applicants say they were offended by Pussy Riot's actions and seek to recover from the defendants compensation for moral harm, or 30,000 rubles ($929.5).

The pretrial preparations at the court on Thursday were held in the absence of the defendant's representatives. The defendants have yet to respond, the plaintiffs said.
