MOSCOW, February 13 - RAPSI. Nordea Bank is withdrawing a 773.8 million ruble ($26 million) suit against SU-155, major Russian real estate developer, the Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals spokesperson told RAPSI on Wednesday.

The bank dropped the lawsuit after the developer has repaid its debt in full.

SU-155 has repaid its remaining debt of 1.6 billion rubles ($53.12 million) to Nordea Bank under two lawsuits, RIA Novosti reported on February 6 citing an identified source.

In August 2011, Nordea Bank filed two claims - one for 935 million rubles ($31 million) and the other for 694 million rubles ($23 million), seeking the early repayment of loans issued to SU-155 in 2007 and 2008. The bank held that SU-155 defaulted on its debt obligations in May 2011.

In January SU-155 announced that it had settled all of its bankruptcy cases by paying over 2 billion rubles ($66.4 million). Its group of creditors included Nordea Bank, Narodny Credit Bank, and Akibank, as well as other legal entities and businesses.

SU-155 has reached a settlement with Sviaz Bank, which had filed a 736.9-million-ruble ($24.5 million) claim against the developer and its subsidiary, Mosstroyinvest Kaluga. It also restructured its 569-million-ruble ($19 million) debt to BFG Credit Bank.
