Russian businessman charged with financing Arabian terrorists
MOSCOW, March 23 (RAPSI) – Investigators have charged a businessman from the Lipetsk region with financing an international terrorist organization, RIA Novosti reported Monday citing a spokesperson for the regional Federal Security Service (FSB) office.
A case against the businessman was initiated over sponsoring one of the Arabian terrorist organizations in late February. He was placed in detention.
The man was charged with abetting terrorism. He may face up to ten years in prison.
