MOSCOW, November 5 (RAPSI) – Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Delta), filed a suit with Russia's Intellectual Property Court (IP Court) seeking termination of DeltaAvia trademark license, according to court records.

Moscow-based tourist agency Delta-avia which owns the disputed trademark is named as a defendant in the suit.

The court shelved the suit due to procedural violations. Notably, Delta failed to provide certain documents, including its registration form, according to the ruling of the court.
