Russian businessman Chernyakov’s assets seized by London court
MOSCOW, December 2 (RAPSI) – London's High Court has ordered the seizure of assets owned by Russian businessman Andrei Chernyakov, including real estate in Germany, Kommersant newspaper reported on Wednesday.
The order was handed down in connection with an overdue loan which had been issued by the Bank of Moscow to Russian companies OOO NPO Kosmos and OOO SU Kosmos-M.
Chernyakov who provided personal guarantee is prohibited from execution of transactions involving his assets worldwide, according to Kommersant.
He is also reportedly banned from leaving England and Wales, his expenses must not exceed 500 pounds per week. He was ordered to deliver his passport and other documents to the lawyers of the Bank of Moscow.
