MOSCOW, December 14 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Basmanny District Court on December 15 will review a complaint filed against the Investigative Committee by families of the Airbus A321 crash victims, lawyer Igor Trunov told RAPSI on Monday.

Families of the Airbus A321 crash victims believe that the Investigative Committee is not active enough with the investigation of the tragedy.

As of today, nobody knows what’s going on with the case, under which articles it is being investigated and whether investigators have already returned from Egypt, Trunov said earlier.

The victims’ families initially filed a request to Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin. As Bastrykin did not reply for the request, they turned to court, the lawyer added.

The biggest disaster in the history of Russian and Soviet aviation happened on October 31: Airbus A321 airliner of “Kogalymavia airlines, which was flying from Sharm el Sheikh to St. Petersburg crashed in the Sinai. All 224 people on board including seven crew members died in the crash.
