MOSCOW, August 31 (RAPSI, Lyudmila Klenko) – Moscow’s Khamovnichesky District Court stopped proceedings in a lawsuit filed by Sberbank against late film director Georgi Yungvald-Khilkevich over recovery of 99,000 rubles ($1,500), RAPSI learned from the court’s press-service on Wednesday.

The lawsuit over recovery of debt was dropped on the request of Sberbank.

Georgi Yungvald-Khilkevich is a famous Soviet and Russian film director who created such classics as “D'Artagnan and Three Musketeers”, “Higher Than Rainbow”, “Musketeers Twenty Years After” and others.
