MOSCOW, March 2 (RAPSI, Yulia Glozman) – Moscow’s Basmanny District Court has detained CEO of AT Consulting information technology company Sergey Shilov, who stands charged with incitement to abuse of office, until April 28, the court’s spokesperson Yunona Tsareva has told RAPSI.

According to media reports, Shilov has attempted to persuade the Interior Ministry’s Chief Structural Engineer Andrey Nechayev to give him a right to execute a 1.4-billion-ruble government contract (about $25 million) and pay a contractor the work in progress.

As reported earlier, in January 2018, Nechayev was put in detention until March 17. He is charged with abuse of authority led to heavy consequences.
