MOSCOW, May 21 (RAPSI) – The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has detained Vladislav Kuleshov, a defendant in a criminal case over calls for terrorism and attempted organization of riots in Moscow, until June 30, the press-service of the court has told RAPSI.

According to the court’s spokesperson Aleksey Chernikov, earlier there was another defendant in this case, ex-teacher of mathematics Dmitry Bogatov, who was reportedly cleared of all charges.

Investigators believe that on March 29, 2017, a person hiding identity behind a pseudonym published texts calling for radically extremist actions. Law enforcement agencies involved in the case said that it was Bogatov, who published calls for mass riots using special computer programs.

However, a later computer examination failed to produce evidence that Bogatov called for terrorism and extremism. Attorney Sarkis Darbinyan told RAPSI that experts examined Bogatov’s electronic devices and did not find any illegal materials there.
