MOSCOW, October 29 (RAPSI) – A court in the Altai Region has overturned a 50,000-ruble (about $800) fine imposed on a teenager by a juvenile affairs commission for propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations, the court’s press service has told RAPSI.
The school student’s case has been closed for failure of evidence, a representative of the court said.
The teen has been fined for promotion of a nontraditional sexual lifestyle to minors on the Internet. He has published several homosexual images on his VKontakte social network page.
