MOSCOW, November 13 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Presnensky District Court had registered an appeal against the detention of a schoolboy suspected of manufacturing explosives after an improvised bomb was found during a search in his place of residence, the court’s spokesperson Alexey Chernikov told RAPSI on Tuesday.

Earlier, the court  detained the underage until December 2, although both the defense and prosecutors moved against such a decision.

The teen of fourteen was arrested on November 2. A criminal case was opened over illegal purchase, sale, storage or transportation of explosive substances and illegal manufacture of improvised explosive devices.

Disclosure of the minor suspect’s name is prohibited by law.
