Probe opened after gas blast in residence building in Rostov Region
MOSCOW, January 14 (RAPSI) – Investigation has been opened after gas explosion in a high-rise apartment building in the Rostov Region that left one individual dead, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports Monday.
A criminal case is opened over negligent homicide of two and more people, the statement reads.
According to investigators, on January 14, two upper floors of one of the sections in a multiple family dwelling collapsed in Shakhty, a town in the Rostov Region, after domestic gas explosion. By now, one woman died, and several people were injured.
