MOSCOW, June 3 (RAPSI) – Investigators brought charges against a woman, who had left her two one-year-old children unattended in a Moscow Region hostel, the regional Investigative Committee’s directorate informed Monday.

She is charged with failure to give assistance to persons in mortal danger and failure to parent minors, the statement reads.

On May 28, the woman arrived at a hostel in Kotelniki, a town in the Moscow Region, with her one-year-old babies, a boy and a girl, allegedly to book a sleeping accommodation.
