MOSCOW, July 11 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Lefortovsky District Court has ordered Russian citizen Konstantin Antonets suspected of treason to be detained until September 3, the court’s spokesperson Ksenia Pervovlasenko has told RAPSI.

According to information in the public domain, the suspect has been arrested as part of a treason case involving his wife Antonina Zimina, ex-director of the Baltic Culture Dialog Center in Russia’s Kaliningrad. The woman was arrested and detained earlier.

If convicted Antonets may face up to 20 years in prison.
