MOSCOW, July 22 (RAPSI) – Two investigators suspected of receiving bribes have been arrested in the Moscow Region, according to the spokesperson of Russian Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko.

The facts of corruption have been revealed by the Investigative Committee’s Moscow Region directorate and the Federal Security Service (FSB), the statement reads.

Allegedly, the suspected investigators from towns of Korolev and Mytishchi in the northeast of the Moscow Region received 1.2 million rubles ($19,000) for taking a procedural decision in a criminal case over road traffic accident.
