MOSCOW, November 18 (RAPSI) – Alexander Mylnikov, a participant of the illegal 27 July Moscow rally who stands charged with using force against a police officer, will stay under house arrest until December 15, RAPSI reports Monday from the Moscow City Court.

The court dismissed the defendant’s request to change the restrictive measure from house arrest to ben on certain activities.

According to investigators, Mylnikov’s implication in the crime is proved by collected evidence including witnesses’ testimony and video records. However, the man pleads not guilty.

Preliminary hearing of his case is set for November 19 in the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow.
