Moscow fitness instructor faces trial on smuggling charges
MOSCOW, January 21 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Meshchansky District Court will hear a criminal case against a fitness instructor charged with potent substance smuggling, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia reports.
Moscow prosecutors have already approved indictment against the 44-year-old local resident.
According to investigators, the defendant has illegally bought liquid potent substances weighing more than 37 grams online and received the parcel at one of the city’s post offices. The man has had an aim to sell the substances.
After his arrest he was ordered not to leave the city, the statement reads.
