ST. PETERSBURG, June 2 (RAPSI, Mikhail Telekhov) – A criminal case against Vologda Region resident Yevgeny Sinitsky charged with calls for arson attack on a kindergarten will be considered by jurors, the United press service of Vologda Region courts has told RAPSI.

The hearing on merits is scheduled for June 30, according to the statement.

On September 22, 2019, Sinitsky published a message on his VKontakte social network page calling to torch a kindergarten building along with him and promised a monetary reward for this, the case papers read.

According to the expert findings, his mental condition does not rule out his sanity, the press service states.

Moreover, in May 2018, Sinitsky allegedly threatened an employee of a local social rehabilitation center for minors with physical violence. This murder threat case was dropped after the running of the statute of limitations.
